How do I share an SOW template with my team?

Overview

You can share a Scope of Work (SOW) template in XTEN-AV with your team members so they can access and use the same standardized format for creating documents. This helps improve collaboration and ensures consistency across all SOWs created by your team.

• From the main dashboard, click the X-DOC tab, then select Templates from the left-hand navigation menu.

• You will be redirected to the Manage Templates page. Under the My Templates section select Scope of Work option.

• Hover over the template and click on the three-dot (⋮) option to view additional actions.

• From the dropdown menu, select the Share option to share the SOW template with your team.

• Select the required group from the dropdown list to grant access to the appropriate users.

• Click the Share button to complete the process and provide access to the selected group.
