How do I apply an SOW template?

Overview

You can apply a Scope of Work (SOW) template in XTEN-AV to replace an existing SOW with a new standardized format. This helps ensure consistency when switching to a new template structure.

• Navigate to the project where you want to apply the Scope of Work (SOW). Hover your cursor over the SOW section and click the Eye icon to open it.

• You will be redirected to the SOW editor. Click on the Templates option to access additional options.

• Click on the Apply a Template option under the Templates menu.

• A pop-up will appear stating that the current SOW will be replaced and existing content will be lost. Click Apply to continue.

• You will be redirected to the SOW template page. Hover over the required template you want to apply, then click on the Use option.

• A success message “Saved Successfully” will appear in the top-left corner of the screen, confirming that the SOW template has been successfully applied.
