How do I create a Service Call using the '+' button in mobile app?
Overview
The + (Add) button in the X-PRO Mobile App allows you to quickly create a new Service Call. You can enter all the necessary information, assign a technician, and save the Service Call directly from your mobile device.
Steps to Create a Service Call
- Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

- In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

- After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

- After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

- Tap the Calls section to Create a new service calls.

- Tap the + (Add) button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

- Enter the required Service Call details, such as: Associated Project, Issue Name, Service Call Reason, Priority, Assigned Technician, Service type.

- After tapping Next, enter the service address, then tap Schedule Service Call to create the service call.

- After completing these steps, the service call will be created successfully.
