How do I configure hourly costs and pricing for Labor Types?

Overview

X-PRO Service allows you to configure hourly costs, margins, markups, and billing rates for each Labor Type. This helps ensure accurate labor pricing across service calls, agreements, and other service-related activities.

Steps to Configure Hourly Costs and Pricing

• Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. From the menu, select Settings.

• From the Settings section, open X-PRO Settings to access additional configuration options within the system.

• Within X-PRO Settings, locate the Service option and expand it to display the related service configuration items.

• Under the expanded Service section, click on Labor Types to view the complete list of labor types configured in the application, where you can add a new labor type.

• Under the Service section, click Labor Types to view all configured labor types.

• Enter the following information: Hourly Cost – The internal cost of labor per hour. Margin/Markup – The desired profit margin or markup percentage. Hourly Price – The rate that will be charged to customers. Review the pricing details to ensure they align with your business requirements. Click on the Update Labor Type.
