How can I delete my account and stop receiving notifications?

Overview


If you no longer wish to use XTEN-AV and want to stop receiving notifications, you can request to have your account deleted. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer receive emails or notifications from XTEN-AV.


Steps to delete your account


  1. Contact XTEN-AV Support: To delete your account, you need to contact the XTEN-AV Support Team.
  2. Send a Request Email: Send an email to [support@xtenav.com] from your registered email address requesting account deletion.
  3. Provide Account Details Include the following information in your request: Your registered email address, Your name or company name (if applicable) A request stating that you would like to delete your XTEN-AV account
  4. Confirmation from Support Team: The XTEN-AV support team will review your request and proceed with the account deletion.
