Why Are All Dashboard Metrics Showing Zero?
Overview
If all metrics on the Analytics Dashboard are showing 0 or no data, it usually means that no service activity has been recorded in X-PRO yet.
Common Reason
The Analytics Dashboard calculates its metrics based on the service data available in X-PRO. If you have not created any service projects, service calls, or recorded any service sales, the dashboard will display zero values.
This can affect metrics such as:
- Closed Sales
- Closed Rate
- Sales Cycle
- Total Calls
- Open Calls
- Scheduled Calls
- Completed Calls
- Technician Activity
How to Populate the Dashboard
To start seeing data on the Analytics Dashboard:
- Create a Service Project.
- Create one or more Service Calls.
- Assign technicians to service calls.
- Update service call statuses (Open, Scheduled, Completed, etc.).
- Record service-related sales and activities.
As service data is added to the system, the dashboard will automatically update and display the corresponding metrics.
