Why Are All Dashboard Metrics Showing Zero?

If all metrics on the Analytics Dashboard are showing 0 or no data, it usually means that no service activity has been recorded in X-PRO yet.


Common Reason


The Analytics Dashboard calculates its metrics based on the service data available in X-PRO. If you have not created any service projects, service calls, or recorded any service sales, the dashboard will display zero values.


This can affect metrics such as:


  • Closed Sales
  • Closed Rate
  • Sales Cycle
  • Total Calls
  • Open Calls
  • Scheduled Calls
  • Completed Calls
  • Technician Activity


How to Populate the Dashboard


To start seeing data on the Analytics Dashboard:


  1. Create a Service Project.
  2. Create one or more Service Calls.
  3. Assign technicians to service calls.
  4. Update service call statuses (Open, Scheduled, Completed, etc.).
  5. Record service-related sales and activities.


As service data is added to the system, the dashboard will automatically update and display the corresponding metrics.
