- Service Call Reason – Choose the reason for creating the Service Call.
- Priority – Set the priority level (such as Low, Medium, or High).
- Assigned Technician – Select the technician who will handle the service request.
- Description or Notes – Add any additional information or instructions related to the Service Call.
- Street address- Fill the address as per your requirements.
