How do I view Parts Received Service Calls on mobile app?

Overview
The Parts Received stage displays all service calls for which the required parts have been received and are ready for the next step in the service process.

Steps to View Parts Received Service Calls

• Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

• In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

• After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

• After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

• Tap the Calls section to view service calls with parts received.

• Navigate to the Parts Received service call section to view the call details.
