How do I view Part Awaiting Service Calls?
Overview
The Parts Awaiting section in the X-PRO Mobile App displays all Service Calls that are waiting for the required parts before work can continue. This helps you track service requests that are on hold until the necessary parts become available.
Steps to View Parts Awaiting Service Calls
- Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

- In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

- After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

- After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

- Tap the Calls section to view service calls with parts ordered.

- Navigate to the Parts Awaiting service call section to view the call details.
