How do I view attachments associated with a Service Call in mobile app?
Overview
The X-PRO Mobile App allows you to view all files attached to a Service Call, such as photos, documents, and other supporting files. This helps you access important information related to the service request while on the go.
Steps to View Attachments
- Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

- In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

- After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

- After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

- Tap the Calls section to view the service calls and attach a files to a service call.

- Locate and open the Service Call you want to view.

- Navigate to the Attachments section within the Service Call details. Tap on an attachment to open and view it.
