How do I update the status of a Service Call?

Overview
You can update the status of a Service Call in the X-PRO Mobile App as it progresses through your service workflow. Keeping the status up to date helps your team track the progress of each service request.


Steps to Update the Service Call Status


  • Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.


  • In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.


  • After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.



  • After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.



  • Tap the Calls section to view Open service calls.


  • Tap the service call whose status you want to update.


  • In the Status or Service Call Stage field, select the appropriate status. Choose the desired stage, such as:
    • Scheduled
    • Parts Awaiting
    • Parts Ordered
    • Parts Received
    • Completed

  • Review the updated information.
