How do I update an existing X-DRAW template?

Overview


You can update an existing X-DRAW template in XTEN-AV so that all future documents reflect the latest changes. This helps keep your templates aligned with updated content or requirements without the need to create a new template.


  • From the dashboard, navigate to X-DRAW and click on the Templates option to open the template library.



  • After clicking on it, navigate to the My Templates section. Hover over the X-DRAW template and click on the three-dot (⋮) option to access additional actions.



  • After clicking on the three-dot (⋮), select Edit Template from the menu.



  • You will be redirected to the Template Design Documents page, where you can make the required updates to the template content, layout, and drawings



Note: Any changes made on the Template Design Docs page are automatically saved to the template. The updated template will be available for immediate use in future designs and documents.
