How do I share an existing X-DRAW template?

Overview

You can share an existing X-DRAW template with other users or groups within your organization, allowing them to reuse the same template for future designs. This helps maintain consistency across projects and eliminates the need to recreate commonly used designs.

From the dashboard, navigate to X-DRAW and click on the Templates option to open the template library.

Navigate to the My Templates section. Hover over the X-DRAW template and click on the three-dot (⋮) option to view additional options.

From the menu, click Share.

In the Share Template window, select the group you want to share the template with from the drop-down list.

Click Share to grant access to the selected group.
