How do I re-order Service Call Reasons in X-PRO Service on mobile app?

As per the current functionality, service call reasons cannot be reordered from the XTEN-AV mobile application. However, you can reorder them from the desktop version of XTENAV by the office user only.


If you are unable to reorder the service call reasons, please contact your organization's Super Admin, as they have the necessary permissions to make these changes.


Steps to Reorder Service Call Reasons


  • Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. From the menu, select Settings.




  • You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on X-PRO Settings. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Service Call Reasons from the Service list.




  • A list of all configured Service Call Reasons will be displayed. Use the drag-and-drop handle Service Call Reason to move it up or down in the list. Position the reasons in the order that best suits your organization's workflow.
