How do I move a Service Call from Open to Scheduled on mobile app?

Overview
You can update the status of a service call as work progresses. Moving a service call from Open to Scheduled indicates that the service has been planned and assigned for a specific date and time.


Steps to Move a Service Call from Open to Scheduled


  • Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.


  • In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.


  • After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.



  • After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.



  • Tap the Calls section to view Open service calls.


  • Ensure you are viewing the Open service call stage. Tap the service call you want to update to open its details.


  • Edit the service call and update its Stage/Status from Open to Scheduled.


  • Review the updated information.
