How do I edit an existing Service Call?

Overview
You can edit an existing Service Call in the X-PRO Mobile App to update information such as the service call status, priority, assigned technician, schedule, and other service-related details.


Steps to Edit a Service Call


  • Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.


  • In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.


  • After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.



  • After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.


  • Tap the Calls tab from the navigation bar. The Calls screen will display a list of all your Service Calls.


  • Locate the service call you want to edit, then click the three-dot.


  • Select edit option.


After clicking on the edit service call option you will be able to update the required information, such as:

  • Service Call Name
  • Priority
  • Service Call Stage
  • Assigned Technician
  • Service Call Reason

Tap Next to apply the updates.
