How do I delete a Service Call from the mobile app?

Overview
You can delete a Service Call from the X-PRO Mobile App if it is no longer needed. Deleting a Service Call permanently removes it from your service records.

Steps to Delete a Service Call

• Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.

• In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.

• After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.

• After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.

• Tap the Calls tab from the navigation bar. The Calls screen will display a list of all your Service Calls.

• Locate the service call you want to delete, then click the three-dot.

• Select delete option.

• When prompted, confirm the deletion.
