How do I create a new Service Call from the mobile app?
Open the XTEN-AV Mobile App and tap the X-PRO option located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

You will be redirected to the X-PRO section. Tap the X-PRO Installation title at the top of the page to access the installation options.

From the bottom of the page, the available options will appear. Tap Service to view all available Service Projects associated with your account.

Click on the Calls option available at the top of the screen. A list of all X-PRO Service Projects will be displayed, organized into different sections based on their current stage.

Click the + (Plus) icon to create a new service call located at bottom right corner of the page.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details of the service call you want to create.
After filling in the required information, click the Next button located at the bottom of the page to continue.

Next, enter the site address, and then click the Schedule Service Call button to create the service call.

The newly created service call will be displayed in the section corresponding to its current stage.
