How do I change the priority of a Service Call?

Overview
You can update the priority of a Service Call in the X-PRO Mobile App to reflect its urgency. This helps technicians and service teams identify which service requests require immediate attention.


Steps to Change the Priority


  • Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.


  • In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.


  • After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.


  • After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.



  • Tap the Calls tab from the navigation bar. The Calls screen will display a list of all your Service Calls.


  • Locate and the Service Call whose priority you want to update. Tap on the Service Call.



  • After tapping the service call, the call details will appear. Navigate to the Priority field.


  • Select the appropriate priority level (for example, Low, Medium, or High).


  • Review the updated information.
