How do I change my billing address from the service project dashboard on mobile app?

As per the current functionality, the billing address cannot be updated from the mobile application. However, you can update the billing address from the desktop version of XTEN-AV.


If you are unable to update the billing address, please contact your organization's Super Admin, as they have the required permissions to make this change.



Please follow the below step to change the billing address.


Navigate to the X-PRO Dashboard by clicking the Service option from the left navigation panel.


Click on the name of the project whose Billing Address you want to update.



The Service Project Dashboard will open. Click the Settings icon, then select the Change Billing Address option.



A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to update the Billing Address. Make the required changes, then click the Save button to apply and save the updated billing address.



A confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen, indicating that the Billing Address has been updated successfully.
