How do I Attach Files to a Service Call in mobile app?

Overview
You can attach files to a Service Call in the X-PRO Mobile App to provide additional information and supporting documentation. Attachments can include images, documents, or other files related to the service request.


Steps to Attach Files to a Service Call


  • Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.


  • In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.


  • After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.



  • After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.


  • Tap the Calls section to view the service calls and attach a files to a service call.



  • Open the Service Call to which you want to add an attachment.


  • Navigate to the Attachments section, then select the file you want to upload from your device.


  • Once the file is selected, it will appear in the Attachments section of the service call.
