How do I add notes to a Service Call in mobile app?

Overview
You can add additional information to a Service Call by entering a Description. This helps provide technicians and team members with important details about the service request.


Steps to Add Notes to a Service Call


  • Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.


  • In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.


  • After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.



  • After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.


  • Tap the Calls section to Create a new service calls and add a note.



  • Tap the + (Add) button located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.



  • In the Description field, enter the note for the service call.




  • After tapping Next, enter the service address, then tap Schedule Service Call to create the service call.
