How can I track whether my client has viewed or approved the proposal?

XTEN-AV allows you to track your client’s proposal activity directly from the dashboard through X-Doc. This helps you monitor whether your proposal has been viewed or accepted, making it easier to stay updated on your client’s progress.

Under X-Doc, you can track your proposal based on its stage, such as:

• Viewed – Indicates that your client has opened and reviewed the proposal
• Accepted – Indicates that your client has approved the proposal
