At which stages can a proposal be duplicated?

Overview


Duplicating a proposal allows you to quickly reuse existing content, saving time when creating similar proposals. This is especially useful for recurring projects or when only minor changes are needed. You can duplicate a proposal from all stages. This means regardless of the proposal’s current status, you have the flexibility to create a copy whenever needed.


Copying a Proposal


  • On the x.doc dashboard page, navigate to the document you want to duplicate.



  • Click on the Action option denoted as three dots, then choose the Make a Copy option from the dropdown menu.



  • A dialog box will appear. Here, enter the name for the new document and click on the Save button.



Editing the Copied Proposal


  • After saving, you'll be redirected to the X-DOC editor page where you can start modifying your new document.
