How do I move a proposal to another stage on mobile app?

Overview
The Mobile App allows you to update the stage of a proposal. Moving a proposal to the appropriate stage helps keep you organized and provides accurate visibility into the proposal's current status.

Steps to Move a Proposal to Another Stage

• Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-DOC section.

• The X-DOC Dashboard will open, displaying your proposals and other available document.

• Tap the More Options (⋮) icon next to the proposal.

• Select Move Proposal.

• Choose the stage you want to move the proposal to (for example, Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, or Declined). Tap Save or Move to confirm the change.

• Once the proposal is saved, it will automatically appear in the Sent stage.
