You can fix mismatches by syncing your drawing with the Bill of Materials (BOM). This ensures that any devices added or removed in the drawing are accurately reflected in your project’s equipment list, maintaining consistency between your design and documentation. You can sync the BOM with the drawing and vice versa.

Steps to Sync BOM with Drawing

Navigate to the drawing you want to sync with the BOM, then hover over it and click the Edit BOM button.

You will be redirected to the Search & Add Products page, where you can enter the product name in the search bar and add the required items.

Once done, click Edit Drawing to open the drawing.

You will be redirected to the X-DRAW Editor. Click Pull BOM Changes to view and apply updates from the BOM.

Steps to Sync Drawing with BOM

Go to the Drawing page and add the required products using the Product Blocks feature.

Once you’ve added the products, click the Unsaved Changes button to save your work.

Go to the Search or Products page, click the three dots (⋮), and select Refresh to view updates from the X-DRAW Editor in your BOM.
