Can I create a Service Call for an existing Service Project in mobile app?

Yes. The X-PRO Mobile App allows you to create a Service Call for an existing Service Project. This helps you track service requests and manage work associated with a specific project.


Steps to Create a Service Call for an Existing Service Project


  • Open the X-PRO Mobile App and navigate to the X-PRO section.


  • In the X-PRO section, tap the X-PRO Installation option located at the top of the screen.


  • After clicking on X-PRO Installation, select the X-PRO Service tab located at the bottom of the screen.



  • After selecting the X-PRO Service tab, the X-PRO Service Dashboard will be displayed.


  • Open the project in which you want to create a service call.



  • After tapping the project, the project details will be displayed.


  • Click the Kanban View option, then create a new service call.



  • Enter the required Service Call details, such as: Issue Name, Service Call Reason, Priority, Assigned Technician, Service type.



  • After tapping Next, enter the service address, then tap Schedule Service Call to create the service call.


  • After completing these steps, the service call will be created successfully.
