Why do some products in the BOM show Dealer Price while others show MSRP?

In XTEN-AV, products in the Bill of Materials (BOM) may display either Dealer Price or MSRP depending on the pricing information available for each product.


Explanation


  • Dealer Price is shown when the product has dealer-specific pricing available in the system.
  • MSRP is displayed when dealer pricing is not available, and only the manufacturer’s standard price is provided.
  • Pricing may vary based on manufacturer data, integrations, or account-specific pricing access.


Note: You can manually update pricing in the BOM if needed.
