What is the difference between Gallery and My Templates?

The Templates page is divided into two sections: Gallery and My Templates. Each section serves a different purpose.

Gallery: The Gallery contains prebuilt templates provided by x.doc. These templates are designed for common proposal types and can be used as a starting point for creating new proposals.

My Templates: My Templates contains templates that you have created or saved for future use. These templates are specific to your account or organization and can be reused to maintain consistency across proposals.

To navigate to the My Template page to se both the option kindly follow below steps:

From main dashboard, kindly clicking the X-Doc tab and then selecting Templates from the left navigation menu.

The My Templates page will open with the option of Gallery & My Template below the title of the page.
You can switch between the Gallery and My Templates sections by clicking the corresponding tab at the top of the Templates page.
