How to rename and delete tags?

Introduction


In x.doc, tags can be used to categorize and organize your documents. If you need to rename or delete a tag, you can do so from the x.doc dashboard. Here's how:


Renaming or Deleting a Tag


  1. On the x.doc dashboard page, go to the tag you want to rename or delete.



  1. Click on the 'Action' icon beside the tag.



  1. After clicking on it, it will open the 'Your tag Settings' dialogue box, where you can rename or delete your tag.


  1. Click on the 'Save' button to apply your changes.



Note: Once the tag is deleted, all x.doc documents under the tag will automatically be moved to the Proposal (Default) tag. This ensures that no documents are lost when a tag is deleted.
