How to Cancel Only the X-PRO Add-On Subscription

Objective

Users can cancel only the X-PRO add-on subscription directly from the Account Settings page without affecting their main XTEN AV subscription plan.


Steps to Cancel X-PRO Subscription


  • Navigate to the Profile/My Account Settings page.



  • Locate the ADD-ON section on the right side of the page, review the X-PRO subscription details such as Plan Name, Status, and End/Renewal Date, then click the Cancel button below the add-on details.

  • Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
