How do I update an existing X.doc template?

Overview

You can update an existing x.doc template in XTEN-AV so that all future documents reflect the latest changes. This helps keep your proposals other documents aligned with updated content or requirements without creating a new template.

• From the dashboard, navigate to x.doc and click on the Templates option to open the template library.

• After clicking on it, navigate to the My Templates section. Hover the cursor over the existing template you want to update, then click on the Edit option to open it in edit mode.

• You will be redirected to the proposal editor. In the editor, you can update the required content such as text, formatting, placeholders, layout, headers, footers, or any other section as needed to match your current requirements.

• After completing the changes, click on the Save Template option located at the top right side of the page.

• A confirmation pop-up will appear showing the message “Your template has been saved successfully.” Click on OK to confirm and complete the saving process.
