X-DOC templates help you standardize your proposal documents by reusing predefined layouts, sections, and content. You can create a new proposal using any saved X-DOC template to save time and maintain consistency across your projects.

Steps to create a proposal using My template

• You can create a proposal using My X-Doc templates by clicking the X-Doc tab and then selecting "Templates" from the left navigation menu.

• Clicking this option will take you to the Templates page, where you can view all your saved templates.

• Hover over any template to Preview it and review the complete template before creating your proposal.

• Preview the template once you have verified the content, click the Use This Template option on the right side to create a new proposal using the selected template.

• After clicking the Use button, you will be redirected to the proposal creation page. Enter the required details and then click** Create without AI button**.

• Once the proposal is created, you will be taken to the Proposal Editor page. Here, you can make any necessary changes according to your requirements.
