How Do I Update an Existing SOW Template?

Overview
If you need to modify a previously saved Scope of Work (SOW) template, XTEN-AV allows you to edit and update your templates directly from the Manage Templates page. This helps keep your templates up to date with the latest content, formatting, and project standards.

Steps to Update an Existing SOW Template

• Click on the X-DOC tab, and then select Templates from the left navigation menu to open the Templates page.

• Select the My Templates tab. Click Scope of Work to view your saved SOW templates.

• Locate the SOW template you want to update, hover over it, and select Edit to open the template for modification.

• Update the template as needed, after completing your changes, click Save. The existing template will be updated with the new content.
