How do I share a project in the mobile app?

Overview

The Share Project feature in the XTEN-AV mobile app allows you to collaborate with team members by granting them access to a project.

• Open the XTEN-AV Mobile App and navigate to the X-DRAW section.

• On the Projects page, tap the project you want to share.

• Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the project screen.

• From the menu, tap Share Project.

The Share Project screen will open. From here, you can:

• Tap Share with All to share the project with all group members.
• View the users listed under Already Shared with.
• Tap Share with new members to add additional users to the project.

Select the desired users and confirm the action to share the project.
