How do I rename a section in an SOW template?

Overview

You can rename a section in a Scope of Work (SOW) template in XTEN-AV to keep your templates organized and easy to identify. Renaming sections helps improve clarity and makes it easier to manage templates with multiple sections.

• From the main dashboard, click the X-DOC tab, then select Templates from the left-hand navigation menu.

• You will be redirected to the Manage Templates page. Under the My Templates section select Scope of Work option.

• Hover over the SOW template you want to rename, then click on the Edit option.

• Click on the three-dot (⋮) icon next to the SOW name.

• After clicking on the three-dot (⋮) icon, select the Edit Name option to proceed with renaming the SOW template.

• Enter the required name, then click the check (✔) icon to proceed.

• The name will be updated immediately.
