How do I preview a template before using it?

From the main dashboard, click the X-DOC tab, then select Templates from the left-hand navigation menu to view your saved templates.

You will be redirected to the Manage Templates page, where you can access all available templates.

• Gallery: Contains the predefined templates provided by x.doc.
• My Templates: Contains the templates that you have created or uploaded.

You can switch between the Gallery and My Templates sections by clicking the corresponding tab at the top of the page.

To preview a template from Gallery section, hover your cursor over the desired template and click Preview when the option appears.

The selected template opens in a full-screen preview. In the top-right corner of the page, click Use This Template to create a new proposal using the selected template.
To return to the Manage Templates page, click the Back button located in the top-left corner of the page.

To preview a template from My Template section, hover your cursor over the desired template and click Preview when the option appears.

The selected template opens in a full-screen preview. In the top-right corner of the page, you have the following options:

• Use This Template – Creates a new proposal using the selected template.
• Edit Template – Opens the template in the editor, allowing you to make changes to the template.

To return to the Manage Templates page, click the Back button located in the top-left corner of the page.
