How do I monitor proposal activity and updates?

Overview

Monitoring proposal activity in XTEN-AV allows tracking the complete lifecycle of proposals, including creation, status changes, and client interactions. It provides visibility into key updates such as when a proposal is drafted, sent, viewed, accepted, or declined, helping maintain better control over the approval process.

• Log in to your XTEN-AV account and land on the Dashboard.
• Navigate to the Proposal Stages section to understand the status of proposals (Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined).

• Check the My Recent Work panel to view your latest proposals, stage, and their values.

• Locate the Recent Activities panel and review the activity feed to monitor real-time updates such as: Changes made to designs or documents, User actions and timestamps.

• You can also review the activity from the X-doc dashboard by selecting Activity Logs from the Actions menu (⋮ three-dot icon).
