How do I delete an SOW template?

Overview

You can delete an existing Scope of Work (SOW) template in XTEN-AV if it is no longer needed or is outdated. This helps keep your template library organized and ensures only relevant templates are available for use.

• From the main dashboard, click the X-DOC tab, then select Templates from the left-hand navigation menu.

• You will be redirected to the Manage Templates page. Under the My Templates section select Scope of Work option.

• In the Scope of Work section, hover over the SOW template and click on the three-dot (⋮) option to access additional actions.

• From the dropdown menu, select the Delete option to remove the Scope of Work (SOW) template.

• A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click on the Delete button in the pop-up to complete the deletion of the SOW template.
