How do I add products to my design?

You can easily add products to your design using the BOM or the X-DRAW editor.

Method 1: Editing the BOM

Open the drawing where you want to add products. Hover over it and click Edit BOM to start adding items.

You’ll be taken to the Search & Add Products page. Search for the product by name, add the items you need, and then click Edit Drawing to continue working on the drawing.

You will be redirected to the X-DRAW Editor.

Click on the Pull BOM Changes button to view and apply the updates made in the BOM to your X-DRAW Editor.

Method 2: Directly from the X-DRAW Editor

Open your drawing in the X-DRAW Editor and use the Product Block option from the left panel to search and add product blocks to your drawing.

Any product blocks added here are automatically updated in the Bill of Materials (BOM). Search for and add product blocks to your drawing using the XTEN-AV Library or the My Library option.

Click the Unsaved Changes button to save your changes.
