How Can Organizations Customize the Proposal Prefix Format?

Organizations can customize the Proposal Prefix format from the Project & Proposal Numbering settings in XTEN-AV.

Steps to Customize the Proposal Prefix

From the Main Dashboard, click on the “Settings” option in the top-right profile area.

Once you click on it, you will find the “Project & Proposal Numbering” option under the “Organization Settings” tab.

Here, you can update your Proposal ID numbering. After making the changes, click on “Update Proposal ID” to save them.

Notes: Changes apply only to newly created Proposals. Existing IDs will not be modified retroactively. Only users with Admin or appropriate permissions can update ID settings.
