How can I send a project for approval in the mobile app?

Overview

The Send for Approval feature in the XTEN-AV mobile app allows you to submit a project for review and approval directly from your mobile device. This helps streamline the approval process and keeps project stakeholders informed.

• Open the XTEN-AV Mobile App and navigate to the X-DRAW section.

• On the Projects page, tap the project that you want to send for approval.

• Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the project screen.

• From the menu, tap Send for Approval.

• Tap the Select an approver drop-down and choose the user who will review the project.
• Tap Send to submit the project for approval.
