Can I invite my team members and assign them roles?
Inviting users to the XTEN-AV platform is simple and helps you collaborate efficiently with your team. Follow the steps below to get started:
Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner to open the dropdown menu. From there, select Users & Groups Management.

Once you’re in the Users & Groups Management section, find and click on the Invite Users button to proceed.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the details of the user you’d like to invite.
From there, select the appropriate User Role and Group based on the level of access required, and assign the user to the relevant group.

If you’d like to invite multiple users at once, click on the Add Users button to include additional email addresses.
Then, repeat the process of entering the required details for each user.

Once you’ve added all the users, click on the Invite button to send out the invitations.
