Can I hide/unhide a room in the x.doc editor/Client PDF?

Introduction


There might be situations where you want to temporarily hide a room in your proposal. With x.doc, you can easily hide or unhide rooms in your x.doc editor or client PDF. 


Hiding a Room


  • Open your proposal and navigate to the Rooms & Items section where you want to hide or unhide a room.



  • Click the Action icon (three dots), then select Hide Room from the dropdown menu.



  • Once the room is hidden, it will appear as hidden in your proposal.



Unhiding a Room


  • Click the Action icon (three dots) for the hidden room. Click the Show Room option from the dropdown menu. The room will immediately reappear in your proposal.



When a room is hidden, all equipment and items within that room are also hidden from both the x.doc editor and the client PDF.
