Creating a well-structured proposal involves organizing items by room. In x.doc, adding a room to your proposal is a straightforward process. Let's walk you through it:


Navigating to Your Proposal


Start by going to the proposal where you wish to add a room.


Adding a Room


In the Rooms and Items section of your proposal:


  • Click the Add Room button, represented by the plus (+) symbol.



  • Enter the name of the room in the provided field.
  • You also have the option to increase the Room Quantity by clicking on the (+) icon.
  • Click the Create Room button to add it to your proposal.



Viewing the Added Room


Once you've created the room, you can view it in your Rooms & Items section. Now, you're ready to add items to this room and continue building your proposal.
