How do I duplicate a room in x.doc document?

Overview

The Duplicate Room feature allows you to create a copy of an existing room within a proposal. The duplicated room retains the same items and room configuration as the original,

• Open the proposal and navigate to the Rooms & Items section.
• Locate the room you want to duplicate.

• For the selected room, click the three-dot (⋮) menu located next to the Add Item button.

• Select Duplicate Room from the drop-down menu.

• A confirmation dialog appears asking, "Do you want to duplicate this room?" Click Yes to proceed.

• The room is duplicated immediately and appears in the Rooms section with the same items and configuration as the original room.
