Can AI help me create drawings or complete designs faster?

Overview

Yes, AI can significantly help you create drawings and complete AV system designs faster in XTEN-AV. It can reduce manual effort by generating layouts, rack designs, device placement, and suggesting optimized design configurations based on project requirements.

Step 1: Enter your prompt/Upload Your File

To begin, simply click on the "Ask XAVIA" button from the Dashboard.

Enter your prompt based on your requirements or upload your file.

Example of good Prompts: I'm designing a 12-seater meeting room (15ft x 12ft x 10ft). Please suggest a complete BoM using Crestron for control and LG for displays.

I need an AV setup for a 30-seater classroom. Prefer AtlasIED audio and Samsung display. The room is 30x25x10ft.

Step 2: Enter your prompt

After entering the prompt, XAVIA will generate a BoM based on the provided input. Once the BoM is generated, click on the "Create X-DRAW Design" button to proceed.

NOTE: Once the BoM has been generated by XAVIA, any required changes can be requested by asking XAVIA to update it. We recommend making these updates before proceeding with your design to ensure a seamless design process.

Step 3: After clicking on the Generate X-DRAW Design button, a dialog box will appear. Fill in all the necessary information, then click the "Create Design" button to proceed.

**Step 4: **After clicking on the Create Design button, your design has been successfully created. You can access it clicking on XAVIA X-DRAW Design.

Step 5: If your setup involves speakers and amplifiers, XAVIA will ask you about speaker and channel distribution. To apply those changes, click on yes to make those changes.

Step 6: If you wish, you can also as XAVIA to add the necessary cables and accessories based on your design to ensure proper connectivity and optimal performance of your line schematics. Simply select the desired items from the list, and XAVIA will update them in your design accordingly.

Step 7: Once you proceed, XAVIA will update the product list and later you can generate the final design.

You now have a complete, AI-generated AV drawing and system design
