Why my proposal is Total price is multiplied my 2?
If your proposal's total price has been multiplied by 2, it is likely because the room quantity has been set to 2.
Increasing the room quantity does not duplicate the products within the room. Instead, XTEN-AV treats it as the same room being repeated multiple times and multiplies the total cost of that room by the selected quantity.
Example:
Cost of one room: $1,000
Room quantity: 2
Total room cost: $2,000
To verify or update the room quantity, follow the steps below:
Open your proposal and navigate to the Rooms & Items section for the room whose quantity you want to update.

The Rooms & Items page will open. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu on the far right of the room name, then select Edit Details.

In the Edit Details pop-up window, adjust the room quantity using the (+) or (–) buttons. Once you've entered the desired quantity, click Update to save your changes.

After the update, the revised room quantity will be displayed at the top of the Rooms & Items page.
