What can I do if XTEN software won't fully load and my BOM items aren't populating?
Overview
If XTEN-AV is not loading completely or the Bill of Materials (BOM) items are not populating, the issue may be related to browser settings, cache, or syncing. The following steps can help resolve the problem.
Steps to Troubleshoot
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.
- If possible, use a supported browser such as Chrome or Edge.
- Reopen your project and click Pull BOM Changes in X-DRAW to refresh the BOM.
