What are Variables and how to add them to an X-DOC document?

Introduction

Variables in X-DOC are placeholders that you can use to automate specific details in your document, such as the client's name, address, email, phone number, etc. Using variables helps save time and ensures consistency across your documents.

Adding Variables

Select the element where you want to add the Variables on any page. The Variables menu will appear on the right side of the editor.

From the Variables menu, choose the variable you want to insert and click the Plus (+) icon next to the variable name.

Once added, the selected variable will appear in the chosen text box.
